The Lemuriya Foundation is a charitable trust with a multi-pronged vision and an agenda to support the society with the objectives of educational development of students, social and economic justice, empowerment of women and children, charity for the elderly, differently-abled and underprivileged.
In the light of this vision, the trust also carries out a number of activities to create social awareness and runs a supportive drive to help people get closer to their basic wants and needs.
As we are headed towards a mission of social well-being, the trust has managed to be consistent in its mission for over a decade. The trust has received appreciation and its recognition through appreciative words from many dignitaries of Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu states.

The trust has put forth it’s front foot while the world was in a standstill. Pandemic was the time of the year where the trust ensured timely food, basic necessities, shelter, medicines and safety measures through our project. “Healing the Hunger” mission for the people of Mumbai and its suburbs was applauded by the Honourable Governor of Maharashtra, Chief Minister of State, Other Ministers of the state, Mumbai Police and Municipal Commissioner of Mumbai and Mayor of Navi Mumbai.
The trust is now entitled to receive tax relief as it is exempted under Section 12A and Section 80G of Income Tax Act, 1961 and has an approval for registration of the entities for undertaking CSR Activities granted by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
And for conceiving this idea of social wellness and oneness the mission thrives to constantly keep its visionary task on a run and keeps its extended welfare hand towards the people of the nation. This consistency needs stable funding for working in progression.
